Park at the beach bar at Josiah's bay on the Northeastern end of Tortola.
Atmosphere
Definetly worth the paddle. Barely any swell was reported while I was there, yet this spot was constantly 4-5ft with perfect left barrels. Lot of sharp coral, may want to wear booties.
General
Very fun. Very exotic
