La bomba? - Wtf? Are you calling this close out epic? I mean Ive seen it gnarly and huge and tubing like 3 times in 3 years. The rest of the time its a .022 second ride in whitewater.

La Bomba - Look, La Bomba only breaksa like 5 times a year and it only gets perfect like once every 2 to 3 years. Belive me there are no mayor hazards, maybe sea lice, rips and locals, but still watch out. Another thing, for La Bomba to get big you need perfect conditions or else you wont see a fucking tube

- Yeah I believe he is talking about La Bomba in Ocean Park. Totally Epic I doubt it very much,lol. It can be a fun beach break wave when its on, and I have seen it breaking with 2 ft overhead faces, barreling lefts, and perfect light offshore winds. Though that happens about once every 2 years, the swell direction has to be perfect (WNW SWELL--lotsa west)for it to get amazing otherwise it is just a really fun closeout beach break with amazing hollow barrels when its big.
Usually though when there is a swell, it'll be about 5-6 foot faces, semi closing out, some waves tubing while some mush out, occasional backwash, sideshore winds, and a billion bodyboarders. (All screaming)
