Walk out to the point of sand and paddle out a little before you go into the lineup. Dont just jump right into it, water can be shallow. This sandbar can hold very big waves! Is an excellent big wave day spot.
Atmosphere
This is a great surf spot to getaway from the crowds and get excellent powerful waves. One of the best point breaks on Long Island!
General
I think this is a spot that is not that popular now. Once people surf it hopefully it will get a little more popular.

- first of all, demo is west field 2, this is east of 5...like 6 miles in the other direction. second, why would you want a good, UNCROWDED spot to be more popular???
