The wave breaks very close to the rocks. It works better on medium swells. It closes out when is too big.

Fun spot.

its ok - its an ok wave, not super consistant but there is the odd barrel to be had here.the wave breaks extremely close to the rocks and anyone that tells you it doesnt is a liar- the bigger it gets the fatter the wave gets which doesnt suit this particular wave unless you have a north swell which is rare- can be hard to get a wave when all the locals are out- also the surfing scene here is just about to explode. its worth checking out but dont mess up or you will get dragged over shallow rocks and your board WILL get dinged - that i can garentee!its good but no classic
