Awesome large coral heads grow all the way up to the beach. Directly across from Panangalat is a 5 star surf resort whose guest surf A frames but with Rifles, Karangbat, Four Bobs Kandui and a few others all in a 1 kilometre radius surfers normally head to more deaf defying spots, like rifles and kandui.

A Frames is a great intermediate wave. Don't need too much thinking. It almost always breaks and depending on the tide you just move a bit more in or out. High, move closer into the island, Low, move to to the peak.
