Major Pussys - You guys that complain about sharks are wankers! Everytime your at abeach, in the ocean or surfing there are sharks. Any beach any time! Ask any shark expert it's just at island breaks there are more because there are major underwater channels that the sharks swim thourgh to get ut to sea!

650m rides - we went there in the september holidays and on one day it was perfect 4-5 foot with no wind around and about 10 people out (about 8 of them were with me) my friends dad was driving down and picking up his son and measuring the distance he had surfed with the cars odometer 650m was the longest one we are going again in a few weeks if its good ill get some pics and post them :)

His name - His name was Docherty, from the Gold Coast. His dad taught at my school. On the Gold Coast, only 70km away, you hardly ever see a shark, but on the islands, you see them every time. Don't risk it for slop surf. Bring your mates and have a look-out.
