Atmosphere
When Snapper and D'bah are absolutely crancking, this place should be twice the size and triple the power.
Try not to get eaten by any bronze whalers (tweed river is packed with whalers and tigers).
+
This spot can be super hard core.
Since the new sand by pass system was put in place, which produced the famous Super Bank, there
has been some big days. This wave peels off from a huge peak left & right, sometimes you will find a 15ft wave breaking in 5ft of water grrrrrrrrrrr.

General
Sick and dangerous spot.
+
It's for surfers that have surfed a lot of serious
waves. The biggest waves surfed on the Gold Coast have been on the Bar.
