25 years from MT Helena - I been surfing here for yonks over lots of years, often its shit but sometimes I just love it.my mates and I used to hang in the carparks for years and befor we had cars we used to sleep in the dunes to get an early one in I just surf during the week...its a city beach so it gets busy, surf is always better when you go away, its a good work out in winter, sucky and fast, better than watching tele or doing the gardening.
