In response to sam - ive scored peka peka 2.5 feet glassy as and really sucky! its not lake ferry or white rock but it also not 2-3 hours away from plim. would definatley rate this as it can work in the right conditions along with Wairaka rock in puke bay and da point in plim....

the weakest surf in the world!!! - i cant believe this is called a surf spot. tiny tiny waves. and if u get a wave it is so weak u will neva want to come back. to find good waves heres a hint, lake ferry, the rock, homewood, western lakes, ocean beach, spit etc etc. who is the moron who put this in?!! wake up bro u r dreaming. i think occy said it best in north shore "i've seen bigger waves in a toilet"

- Had Peka Peka about 4 foot yesterday, hard paddle out, but in the right spot there were some great rides. Wind went more north as the day went on though which kind of screwed things up.Cheers
