Difficult access. Drive past Playa Venao, about 4-5Kms until you see silver fence to your left. Park there, and hike the cow trail, bordering the creek until you get to the beach. Make sure you do not carry any valuables with you, or face the consequences. Park your car to the side of the fence or across the road at the other "Porton", It is esay to get lost if you do not memorize the trail on teh way to teh beach. Very fast, fun and juicy left wave. BYOF and drink. Do not carry valuables.
Atmosphere
Cool atmosphere and nobody out!, just a few cows hanging around staring at you. Friendly locals but thefs has been reported.
General
Good, fun, fast, juicy and uncroweded powerfull wave when the tide is wrong for Venao and the close by surf spots. If you want to score and like hiking..don't miss it.

Watchout for bulls - saw it big it was a 15 foot face power. Main spot on left that day with a smaller peak in the center of the bay.

Good luck with this one! - Tried to surf it in January, and got locked out. Some dude bought the land and closed off access to the beach. (Way to give a good name to Americans buying land overseas!) Might see if you can talk to a local to get you in, or pay a fisherman to taxi you out from Ciruelo. But that's not too promising either.Good luck and post something if you have success. I'd love to see/hear possibilities.PEACE!
