D-Day - to the curius canadian surfer - D-day happened in Normandy, but not on this beach. Few years before D-day the allied tried to land on the beaches of Dieppe, close to the spot, but this ended in tragedy. In '44, the allied landed on the beaches between Le Havre and Cherbourg. As for the surfing: how were the waves during winter?Greetz,a Belgian surfer (if the waves want to cooperate of course..)

Bodyboarding - Hi,
I'm going on Holiday here in the middle of Autum. Will the surf be good around then as I want some decent waves to Bodyboard on. If not, I am staying in Le Treport. Is there any good surf spots that you could recommend around this area?
Many Thanks
