Fun, if Cheesy Sea Side town in kerry, good place to start off a tour of the south west coast, good golf course too! Stick close to the Cliffs to get a good take off. Watch out for swimmers during the weekend days.
Atmosphere
When the people leave the beach around 5 it gets quite and chilled out. Lots of dolphins around too!

Local assholes! - Came down from Limerick last weekend and had my nose broken by some idiot local who couldn't keep his temper after I accidentally paddled in front of him whilst he was going for a wave.I wouldn't mind but I said sorry and he still insisted on punching me.I reported this to the Gardai and took the reg of his car so I'm sure he will think twice before doing this again.The ocean is for everyone and beginners should receive some respect as we all had to learn sometime.
