Beautiful Amoreira - Went to Amoreira in July its a beatiful beach but it was blown out and very difficult to catch waves on that particular day. There is a really nice restaurant next to the car park. Saw a cat fish surfin the waves!!!

like a ski lift - When the river is fast flowing and deep you can jump straight from the car park down into the water and the river will carry you out like a conveyor belt. I have had one of my top 5 waves of my life here but it's only good when the swell isn't too big and there's no wind.
