Atmosphere
Dixcove is a working fishing village and doesn't have the chill vibe associated with Busua. Care should also be taken on the footpath between the two villages because of reported of muggings. This is uncommon and many people walk the path during the day. As a precaution, do not take any valuables. Budget accomodations at Busua are also nicer with good food. Recommended places to stay such as Alaska Beach Club, Dadson's, and Mary's Guest House at approximately $5-8 per night.
