drive to milnerton then take the turnoff towards the protea hotel you should see a sign that says dolphin beach then keep going down till u get past the circle, best spot is infront of a seafood place called Jimmy's.
With the shipwreck the sand has shifted quite a bit and created a nice wave just opposite the traffic circle and also 50 meters down Otto Du Plessis. Continue down until opposite Doodles for another break

Additional Information
Find an uncrowded peak when it works, don't crowd one or you're gonna have a bad time.
Be prepped for a hectic paddle out initially if it's big. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT....paddling out if you are not psyhsically fit and a decent duck diver on bigger days - you will endanger others and possibly drown.

Watch for the Jetskis ! - This beach is one of the few (maybe the only) sanctioned in Cape Town for use by Jetskis. Most are yuppies showing off their new toys who don't have any respect for waveriders or the ocean, so don't expect any waves if they're out. Nice wave on pushing tide with moderate to large swell, always uncrowded
