Additional Information
Park car in lot, but beware of a new breed of asshole that targets surfers cars. They know you are out in the water and it takes a while to get out. Take care at all beaches. Try to paddle out in front of the toilets (yes that building in the middle of the parking lot).
Atmosphere
If you can manage to get there before sunrise, and stay till after sunset, your african experience is made. IF YOU SEE ANY DARK SHAPES IN THE WATER, GET OUT.

I love it, it's where I learned to surf. That spot and Muizen.

Theft - There is also a good chance of your car getting done here... happened to my friend...That's why I only surf here if Muizenberg is too small or crowded... haha... it can be a bit better than Muizenberg though...
