THe pier is sick wave to get barrel and to get hurt on a big day. The wave can get fast and powerfull but fun. The pipe is for expierence surfers, not a easy wave to ride and can get heavy. The car parking has change and is near the beach now. Soo you can park your fancy car, its safe. People when the wind blows NE you surf the inside, that is some expierence to have, amazing wave but breaks some times, not all the time. If the wave not good you take a walk down the beach and go to Klei Klip Klofie, that is a realy a SHARK ISLAND wave, it does not work on SW but any other wind. If the swell is too big to surf, you ask any one where is pelican island, the wave on the sand bar out there gets realy sick, and if thats not enough, there is always a wave to surf at south pier, just ask any one.

Nice to see one of my buddy is still around it looks there is a lot of tension between the body boarders and the surfers stay possitive guys there is always a better one on its way.
O im looking for pics to show my kids.

back from suncity - Dude that place suncity is insane, but its not the beach, went there to surf the wave pool , the pump was broken most of the time, but the times a surfd was awsome, small wave but fun.. I went for 3 half monts as a lifecaurd, what i expierence. The place cooks but no waves, you got the chicks down there in bikkinis, but thats it oaks... No wave.. I had to surf down a suppertube most of the time.. Be wise stay next to the beach.. We bodyboarders belong there.
