Wild Side - Hate to act like the teacher but this spot is nowhere near Port Elizabeth. It has to be about 250km away so if you are thinking of staying over in PE, you are in for a long drive!!! I have surfed "Buffelsbaai" often and it is a good spot. There is an area known as the Wild Side in PE and this takes in spots like Lookout, Noordhoek, Noncoms, Bullets etc. All VERY cool spots within 15km's of PE.
