ode to betties - had buddies with beach houses here when i lived in stellenbosch. had some of the best surfs there, just me and my mates. only problem with this place is that the surroundings are so beautiful that i used to spend too much time looking back at the mountains and not forward at the wave, smash.more of a winter place, summer better spent at caves or pringles.my buddies saw a 3-4m raggy in the surf there after i had left, but it didnt eat them.
