Parking can be found around Zushi Marina. You will have to pay around 4000 yen for the day though. From the parking lot Osaki is the Point that is on the left. ( From the Marina it's a long paddle ) The best time to surf it is when you have a typhoon swell. It can hold any size and the right can get really hollow. If the swell is a good one you can get stand up tubes.
Atmosphere
The atmosphere is if your Japanese somebody will probably tell you to get out of there unless you are a local. If you are a foreigner you usually don't have a problem with locals. Just remember the rules for surfing and you'll be all right.
General
This spot rocks when the conditions are right.

Osaki - Osaki has been going off recently with all the typhoons cranking through. On the 5th of September the lefts were double overhead although the rights weren't working.

Osaki - Osaki has been going off areal nice the last couple of typhoons. Especially the fifth of September. Although the rights weren't happening, the lefts were cranking double overhead. Kabune was firing too. Too bad they held a contest the next day when the waves went down.

The pic - The pic of the right (not the one with the tree) looks more like Kabune.
