- Rips / undertow
There are storm tides in Baltic Sea, so it works best at mid hight. Watch for the rips and current, which can get very strong on West swell, so get in at left side, do not sit - catch what you can quickly, it will drag you right, so get out and walk back. The lefts are fast and can get hollow. Right's are slower and rare.
