You can park in the car park and paddle out. Alternatively you can park at the top of the point at the bridge, but more limited parking options. It's about 13km south of Changbin.

Atmosphere
I didn't surf it myself, found better waves further north and south, but there were a few locals on it when i was there. With some swell greater than 1.5 metres it looks like it would be fun. It's protected from the North-East swells so it appears to need a decent North East swell, but also protected from the winter North Easterly winds. An east or South East swell would be better, but it looked like it would close out on a decent South East swell.
