ULLADULLA BOMMIE - I'm a Yank who first surfed here in 1975. The right-hander was steep powerful & hollow. It breaks in deep water over a rock reef. Fishermen told me,"That's where the old sharks go to die. There's shark fins & bones scattered all along the bottom." I didn't see any sharks, but you know they were there! It's about a mile out off of Rennie's beach.

Not world class - Its not a 4 star wave, more like 2. A little right that can barrel.

It has numerous shells and coralline fossils in the adjacent cliffs, and iceberg dropstones in the rock platform.

I surfed a wave with a dolphin here once, who looked up at me from the water just below me as I rode the wave. Thought I was a bit weird to be out there, I think.
