You can park the car up the hill of Shelly Beach in the parking be carfull for the rocks on favorable day there is a liason with the spot behind call Winki Pop it produce a very long wave. On low tide 5 foot plus this wave can get super ledgey and shalllow. but otherwise a nice point break that should be surfed by a good surfer.
Atmosphere
locals will just burn u if you're a kook or backpaker.
General
Very good but when good often too crowded

Surfing the bower in winter - In winter the water gets down to around 14-16o, so be sure to bring your steamer. The Bower is an awesome spot, does get a bit crowded, but in my opinion is well-worth a paddle. In terms of localism, it pretty much the same as everywhere else - show a little respect, no dropping in and you'll be sweet. Manly is a haven for beginners, so look out for a few wayward boards on the main beachbreaks. In terms of other spots nearby, you'll nearly always be able to find a wave at Curly (Curl Curl), or Dee Why to the north. Long Reef slightly further up faces more south, and even further up the peninsula is the classic Nth Narra. Enjoy!

answer - I propose not to hold off until you get enough amount of money to order all you need! You can just get the personal loans or short term loan and feel yourself fine
