- Rocks
- Localism
- Sharks
park your car at the top, there are 3 main waves.
The first is on the left, usually the best spot, has rocks underneath and only to be used by experts, unless your a Kook who is a local, or just a kook.
The second, is in the middle, not as sucky as the first, but, can still be big and good, most crowded spot though.
The third is on the far right, it has two sections too it, the kooks section, which is on the actual sand bar, and the "Real" take-off zone, which has alot of submerged rocks, and sometimes, a bit of underwater activity Ie sharks, dolphins, fish but sharks only come into tis area when is is really big and choppy because this corner is most protected by big swells.
Atmosphere
Fun, unless there are alot of local surfers, because they don't wear leggies and they fall off on purpose, if they don't like you, and hope their board hits you, if it doesn't they'll try again and again.
General
Perfect, when the sandbars are right, usually very clean and crystal clear water

randoms.. - alright im not gona be one of those locals whos gona tell you to stay away blah blah turri has an amzing atmosphere in the water when its good providing the heroes stay at home, if your not a local and start droping in and all that crap deadset expect to get treated like shit and laughed at, iv been surfing ther for 3 years and am pretty over randoms showing up like they own the place if your gona be a tool just dont bother paddling out.
as for the bodyboarders vs surfers out ther..ther are local bodyboards and surfers who are will show you respect if you show them respect. its common sense..

This place is good fun - When theres heaps of sand this place is real good, however after bigger swells a lot of rocks are exposed at the north end around the corner and one big one right in the middle. If your good you get real sucky tubes if your a kook its blood on the rocks. The best wave is the left from the peak rock around the north corner into the rock in the middle. Also the rights off the centre peak.
