swarbs - Hi Dave from the Bay. Had anyone walk thru your yard lately? How are you Staf? Hope you are still surfing little island and stafs. Loveheart rights are fickle, sharky and bloody hairy. You boys are in for some waves in the next couple of days. We have had a fantastic run of waves here in the west (Margs) everywhere has been pumping down south & offshore days. Bluff was good this year but wrote off the Nissan on the way home. Hope that barley crop on my block is looking good-it should you've had good weather and rain. Hope you got a chance to surf Island Dave. Good times are all you have on the Eyre peninsula-Streaky pub best view. Give a wave- get a wave. Swarbs

Long way to the surf - Its a fair hike to any of the breaks around so you gotta be committed and have a passion for surfing. You also need to be surf fit. I welcome anyone to the breaks in the area as long as they take their turn and don't turn into some hassling dickhead. South Oz is and can still be a place where you can get a stress releasing surf in and not a stress creating one. It's up to us- the surfers- to make that choice every time we paddle out. Try giving a wave to someone next time you're out-it's a cool feeling. Lets not bring our stupid bullshit to the water enjoy your surf! Thats what we do it for isn't it?
