Driving from Adelaide take the road to Noalunga (30 mins), keep going past Noarlunga and head towards Southport rivermouth, try to drive along the esplanade (coast road). Triggs is just one of numerous break in this area between Southport and Moana when it is on, located by the carpark with the trigg point next to it. If the surf looks good just walk down the cliff path and paddle out to the left of the peak.

Additional Information
The break actually has two peaks, Triggs 1 and Triggs 2 both rights. Triggs 1 is the main peak and can sometimes link with the second peak on the right swell direction. Generally this is a fickle area for swell as the locals know all to well. But occasionally 3ft and can be a real fun wave in the right conditions. Check the surf report first. Try to stay on either peak and don't let the longboarders dominate.

Atmosphere
Not as much hassle as seaford reef. sharks have been sighted in the area, but usually just little bronzies, don't let it bother you! One of my favourite waves on the mid if it is bigger. But you have to get on it at the right time of day as usually it is crap if the tides are wrong. You can generally tell how good it is by how many cars in the carpark, i have only seen it full once.
