Goats beach is very similiar to clifton, generally poor banks, and lots of closeouts. Theft from cars parked at Goats was a problem a few years ago but the local constabulary have almost eradicated this - almost. Gets very few crowds due to the fact that when it is pumping, other nearby breaks will be even better.
Atmosphere
General
To be honest, it is generally crap and the risk of some dickhead breaking into your car means most people avoid it, however, sometimes it can produce the goods and in the cooler months you can almost be guarenteed to have the best bank all to yourself.

- three breaks at goats, one is called lumpy's which is up the north end of the beach and over a head land, is just a small beach - a frame rebound it's the first pic you see, two is mid goats which is just the beach break, three is rebounds at south soth end.all breaks very good on there day and on the right tide.one of the first places i check if the swell is anywhere from two to four foot, anything over that and there would be a small wave at wedge.
