 Additional Information

Can go left but this is a wave for a learner or someone who doesn't want to get barreled. Go right and get pitted. Better to surf this wave on low to mid tide. When the tide gets to full this place stops working unless there is a big swell.

Atmosphere

Hardly anyone surfs this spot. They mostly go to 2nd reef which is right next to it. There would be only 4 or 5 people out here. On school holidays this place is packed. Better in the winter months too with bigger swells and winds.

General

Great spot. Take off on the rock and get pitted. This wave stops after about 50 meters usually. That's when the reef stops. Only on the bigger swells does this place work like a normal wave.
