Atmosphere
Deserts is pretty consistent as far as banks go and the point goes off when the conditions are right. All in all its worth the 30 minute drive out of Albany
General
A lot like Muttonbird island on the other side of Albany. A fun, and at times pretty hollow beach break

werth the trip - nanarup has huge right handers coming of the piont when the swell is big.it takes a low tide for nanarup to barral but when it does it goes off

Nanarups mass waves - I've only been surfing there for a couple of months but the waves at the back can get pretty big and it is good to watch good locals play on the giants...not...biggest ive seen is about 3-4m.
