First small town Nth of Gero. Follow the signs to Bowes River Mouth. Turn of Bitumen onto a small dirt road. Follow to the end to a car park then North over the small hill and you will see 3 - 4 Right/Left reef breaks. 1.5 - 2m swell is fun. Afterwards there are other epic breaks in the area that will hold 2m+++. DistanceTake a car WalkInstant access (< 5min) Easy to find?OK Public access?Public access Special accessDon't know |

Picks up the swell better than in town. Best way to surf it, is to find it and enjoy it.
Atmosphere
Pristine clean water, lots of marine life, typical mid north coast vegetation - DRY.
General
Great place to surf. There maybe better breaks in the region but, when the conditions are right, the view as you drive over the small hill is one of 3 large peaks just spinning RT and Lt down the line - Magic stuff
