- I'm pretty sure the shark colony off salmon bay is a grey nurse shark colony, not white pointer or anything especially dangerous. Salmon bay break is right in the middle. West of chickens coming off the point there are a couple of small reef breaks, and just on the reef surrounding Parker's there is a ledgy, powerful wave. Further out still is a really good right hander that only breaks on bigger swells but gets awesome shape.

your all chumps - the wave is called meat-trays. popular wave for bodyboarders who want a heavier option to chickens or less crowded. the only thing is it does its thing fucking rarely
