When you get to Jurien bay. Take your boat out of the Marina and take your boat to Boullanger Island which is South West of the Marina. Once on the island, anchor the boat on the sand and walk to the very west point of the Island. Once there you can look North West and you will see the break which is off Whitlock Island. Be careful of sharks as they are common around the area.
