Atmosphere
Hardly ever anyone out, but pretty infrequent wave. Needs the highest of high tides and big swell. Provides a wave that should suit the typical sandtracks crowd.

woodmans point - It only indicates what a sad indictment the surf scene is in the perth area when they actually call this spot a surf break.
Point Walter on the Swan River is better. Just wait for the morning ferry.

Woodies Flat Water Kiting Spot - Epic FLAT water kiting spot. Maybe Aron Hadlows (world champ) uber loop landings there created swell big enough for this retard to surf there...............
