Beachouse - What a great place. The wave (dorsey's) is not as good as Hideaway but Hidey's is only 20 minutes up the road ($2 ON THE BUS). Hideaway used to be a great place to stay but the nightly shows have been cancelled and the place is sterilised. The Beachouse is just as good at a fraction of the price and is more in tune with Fiji. The owner, Andrew Brown, shares the wealth with the local village and they do better than a lot of other villages who get ripped off by the more upmarket resorts. Unlike other resorts, Andrew doesn't have to answer to shareholders and he treats his staff with great respect. Those reasons alone make it a far better option than hideaway.

High Tea Anyone? - The beach-house rocks what a place to stay! For you you pommes there's free tea and scones at 4pm everyday, perfect for the budget or piss poor traveller. Oh and the wave, well it's not a bad lil number. On a good swell there's great fun to be had, perfect left and rights off the A-Frame. Great place to practice for the bigger fijian breaks, go backdoor for some dirty fun. Go hard, get high.
