- these photos taken arent the best even though i took them but the morning was pumping that day. towards the evening the swell droped and the wind picked up and unfortunely thats when i took the photos.the reef can be awesome on 2 and beyond metre swells

the shore goes off - westshore rocks. anyone who grew up surfing around napier knows that. every now and then it gets good. its better than the parade and that got two stars.

Harsh Rating! - This wave should get 2 stars. It's a really fun break where legions of Napier's finest grew up surfing. With size you can have a really good day. It's not a perfect wave for sure, but it's surely a good, fun one. Not every break can be Jeffrey's Bay but hey- I like surfing here!
