Himitangi certainly aint world class but on its day can produce good waves with no one out but you and your mates . Deticated to Rob RIP

Its not east of Palmy - Its not east but west.. If your going there and its small, with a sw swell, go up the coast to a place called tangimoana, 'river bar for the rangitiki', gets heaps more swell but looks really sharky thats all.

bloody good times - I have lived in Gissy all for 17 years, I have now moved to palmy for uni.Everyone in palmy says hima is crap.but i have been out there about five times and each time it is been respectable waves and one day was awesome waves.so dont listen to what everyone says bout hima,get out there yourself and u can see for yourself that it aint a bad wave
