Localism.. beware, the full story - Ok, here is the lowdown... the reason localism is so bad here is because the locals (especially the Dominator and the Enforcer) are militantly gay and dont like outsiders watch them make love in the waves. FYI.

haha - Bogan had epic banks all summer 07/08 uncrowded, no dominators or enforcers to be seen...surfed it solid double over head perfect right pits with only 4 of us out mid week..but like any beachie, easy come easy go, its shithouse now after the winter storms...
