Gore Bay is a swell magnet compared to spots in Kaikoura and Christchurch. A great spot to go for a day or weekend. Camping available in the bay.

Keep an eye out for great whites - Can you can tell the difference between a great white and a dolphin fin, even though it might be too late by then. Watch out !
