Taylors=Nice - Cant believe the moaning on here from some peeps! try living in Shanghai and get some gratitude! Well I have prob surfed Taylors more than any other break and I love it. Can be fast, can be heavy (esp in winter) and can be beautiful. Man do I miss it!

ok - Taylors is pretty average in any swell under 3ft. It does have way more power than most chch beachies but it only really gets hollow when its 5ft+. the waves are generally fat aswell meaning if you do end up bailing mid barrel your in for a solid pounding because of the amount of water in the lip of the wave. banks have to work otherwise its just a thumping closeout, or a fast take off that quickly drops away to nothing
