It’s on the south shore, before San Nicolas. Coming from town (Oranjestad), when you see Drive Inn you'll find yourself encountering a stop light and on the first turn you get go right, you go straight down, then you find the Tkruising and go left. Keep on riding on that street till the fourth right turn, and turn in the fourth one. Then you just keep going in the south direction till you reach the sea. On a good day you can see it breaking outside the Mangel Halto beach. Then you search the mangels, park your car there and walk through the mangel, then you find a part in the mangel where you can go straight or right, turn right and at the end you find my sanctuary: Boa Baranca........... :D

Atmosphere
Well this spot is not very known in Aruba, it's like abandoned. It's really a good spot to sit down and just chill watching the waves break. Riding a wave there big or small can bring this scary feeling in you. It’s because 1.5 meter beneath you there is some sharp coral and rocks so you don't want to bail. But still for those scary fun happy and crazy seconds it feels great, a feeling that I only get by riding Boa Baranca.

General
Like everybody in Aruba says, if you go to Aruba you have to ride Dos playa, but they don't realise that the waves at Boa Baranca are perfect (in my point of view) on a good day. The only problem is that it doesn't break that often, but when it happens it really happens. It’s like a sleeping giant, when it's really big it brings up some great pipes.
