It is a very nice spot to bodyboard and you can get some really sick launches.
Atmosphere
This spot is incredible, it's one of my favorite spots on the island. I've been able to pull some of the rarest moves on the waves here. The backsides are awesome. Sometimes you get waves that take you all the way to Andicuri. The waves vary in size and it depends on the season.
General
Really good spot, though I've seen some sharks only twice in my life at this spot so there is no need to fear the name of the place.

- well you can say that i'm a noob but i still loved shark bay when i went this week, it was awesome!!!! haha ppl say i'm crazy but to hell with that, i bodyboard whenever, whereever

yeye - this place was awesomeeeeee me and my friend surferd here march break it was crazyyyyyyy wim taught us it was so much fun!!!!

Likes Joatinga - Hey , shark bay is like Joatinga on BrazilI live here and I've seen conditions as good as Joatinga , it have diagonal waves too , triangles(it is how we call) and really sick launches too but dont have any shark here :)Exactly the same
