Atmosphere
was a secret spot for a long time... and the difficulty of access keeps it reasonably quiet.

don't walk to this spot - if you come to this spot, don't walk to the break have a boat take you out there. if you don't then you will have to take a long walk over rocks. if you don't have a boat take you, then you will have to paddle in and during high tide it isn't all that fun. plus you will turn a 30 min walk into a 2 min boat ride. the boats are inexpensive and much more convenient.

Horseshoe Island - Take's a really big swell and the right angle to show it's full potential,rare but when it does go in style and rent a boat ride w/one of the local ticos inside the bay.Buena suerte

great wave - to bad the pic you shoe there is from escondida, but with a good south swell can get really good.
