noplace exempt - Looking around for a cool place to get some waves, seems theres noplace exempt from hassels, mainland mex crowded,costa rica packed salvador dangerous, nicaragua surf camped out caribbean ? so many bummers in the world I guess it just had to affect surfing as well. too bad!
