Go to Discovery Bay and paddle in at private beach near Porto Seco beach. Spot pictures were taken on New Years from Villa Brawta up on the mountain.

Additional Information

Hard to access. Its a long paddle (30 min) out from Porto Seco but there are lots of fishermen boats you can ask for a ride. You will probably be asked if you need an escort or guide, which you need to understand is a drug deal / request for money. Don't get guided onto private streets (dead ends). Stay in open areas because there are lots of guys just hanging around and they will give you long scary looks. No tourists here.

Atmosphere

Has potential and worth a spot check if you're stuck in Montego Bay. Otherwise, keep going and go to Port Antonio.

General

Some locals on the beach are genuinely very friendly.
