thsi point is only available during hurricane season and when the hurricane is aright outside the bay. crazy though when its on. Was bigger than Sayulita most days as I headed out there each arvo.
Atmosphere
Good fun wave with no crowd due to restricted access.

Be careful, the wave dumps heavily on the sand which can cause some grief to the unwary

Any tips of where to stay and surf in PV?? - hey do you have any tips on where to stay and surf in PV im there for a couple of weeks around end of august beginning september?? Im intermediate surfer. I need to stay safe but does not have lots of money! thanks

need a surf partner to PV week 07/12/08 - I'll be in PV the week of 07/12/08 till 07/19/08 staying in Mayan palace and guess if someone going to be there for surf. I'm from Guadalajara and know the spots around, just need someone to surf with in the weekdays, I have a car. I'm an experienced surfer, travelling with wife and kids and want to go out during the weekdays in the mornings.

July Surf - Greetings,
I'm visiting PV July 2010 -- staying at Velas Vallarta and looking for a good place to catch some waves (body boarder). Any thoughts on spots not too far away?
