It is located in the town of aguadilla on the west coast of the island. It is easy to locate because it is right by the west side's best known beach (crash boat). just ask for directions to crash boat beach. when you get there stand on the pier, facing the water and look to your right. You will see were the beach ends and the rock wall begins. That's were gas chambers is, right there in front of that wall.(remember this is a break that breaks about 6 times a year so dont be mad if its not breaking. But if it is you will have the ride of a lifetime in a tube that actually breaks in a oblong square shape due to the fact it throws the lip way-out with insane force; be very careful because there is a backwash and if it hits the tube while your in it, kiss your ass goodbye.... If there is a good swell, try to get out there early. Remember this is a fast, hollow and powerfull wave so you either commit to the wave or go home before you get hurt.
Atmosphere
This break has a pretty good vibe to it. It's a mix between the crowd and the crowd on the rock wall taking video and pictures and cheering you on after a good wave.
General
I have surfed all over the globe, but if i had to pick my 10 best rides of all time, at least 8 have been perfect tubes at gas chambers. once you have been here there will be no turning back for you. it will be one of those things were, after its over you can say; I can go in peace now, I am a changed man.

sharkie - yeah i love to surf it is so fun one time i got bit by a skark and it hurt really really bad but i still surf =]

better than pipeline - i was surfing gas chambers 2 years ago double over head i cut off a guy he stabed me in the leg as a warnig locals are doushe bags but its not as consistant but when its goin off its better than pipe line i live in honolulu so come surf sunset thats my favorite break
