It is a spot favoured by bodyboarders as it is very fast, the take off is mostly air-drop, the bottom turn is in or just before the tube ( after you have to hit the gaz to get out with the spray, when its going off!
Atmosphere
Definately the best spot in the Lorient region, the big session happen in winter when its really cold, but the rush is so intense you don't notice the cold after a few waves.
General
There are more and more people here, and the level is also rising, the atmosphere is becoming more tense than before; therefore its worth having a good level if you want to surf here and get any waves

Home spot - Hey!!! it's my home spot here!! lol I'm a surfer girl and I live in Ploemeur just next to Guidel, les kaolins... Looked good.. - I had a good 3 weeks in Brittany this July, and was pleased to see Kaolins working, from the field just like the photo on this site...Looks awesome...The buzz was there to get out, but I never quite made it...Maybe next time.
