Good spot but streams are very strong! But there are lifeguards in summer.the best period is autumn.

In summer, it's very crowded.

srfing in july - HI!
Wann go to Mimizian or Vieux Boucau in july this summer...I´m afraid to have no swell- is it true or can i surf also in july?

I liked it - Surfed here during August 09, flat at first but slowly got bigger until it was experts only (which doesn't include me!). Nice regular swell, best with tide going out, warm water, good vibe.
