Coming from VIELLE SAINT GIRONS Plage drive as if you were going back to the main road. Make a left when you see a sign indicating "Camping Air Naturelle" pass the cementary and then follow this small road for about 6km. The road has some sharp curves and goes over a bridge. After 6km you see a small sign "La Lette Blanche" that takes you to the park ground of that beach. Beware of the potholes in the road and the parking lot ! Don´t leave valuables in the car. "La Lette Blanche" is an alternative spot when moliets gets too crowded, specially on weekends.
It is a guarded beach. There are absolutly no shops around.

Sometimes - SOmetimes La lette is very good surf when other spots are very very crowded (moliets / st girons / mimizan) Every year the sandbank moves to another direction.. Sometimes you have a great year and the year after it is terrible.. I go there almost 8 years by now, sometimes good sometimes bad waves..If you have a good day you'll see pipe like i DID waves 3-4 mtr + plus a red flag...

Totally overrated !! - 3 stars ?!? com'on, it's totally overrated !!there's nothing better on this spot than any other north or south, unless maybe for the extra drive you'll do getting there..3 stars is a nonsens !3 etoiles sont au moins deux de trop ! rien de mieux sur ce spot que n'importe quel autre aux alentours.. à part le temps passé en bagnole, qui ne garanti meme pas d'eviter les foules..

- Primera semana de agosto 2010 en "la lette blanche".Comparando con las playas del pais vasco, poquisima gente en el agua y los que habia muy respetuosos.
Semana con olas pequeñas y algo de viento, pero todos los dias bañito de mañana y tarde.
Lo "peor": el mejor pico esta en la zona de bañistas y esta prohibido surfear en esa zona.
Alguien conoce a Delphine?Vaya olas coge la muchacha¡¡¡
